1. First you have to install the conky program itself (google: YOUR_DISTRO install conky)
2. Then extract the zip file to a folder and place it where you like.
3. After you installed conky, there should be a file called .conkyrc in your home folder ( ~/ or /home/USERNAME), open it in a text editor.
4. copy everything from conkyONEBOX to ~/.conkyrc
5. then open ~/.conkyrc in a text editor and edit the path for a) clock_rings.lua and b) the *.png images
6. if it doesn't look right you might be missing some fonts. Look in ~/.conkyrc for fonts that are used. Google their name and download (usually *.ttf files). Then place the *.ttf in ~/.fonts, and run the terminal command sudo fc-cache -fv
Then you should have it running, but mind, if you have another resolution than 1366x768 then the promo picture might look like a tv-dinner box compared to reallity. In that case you have to edit the whole ~/.conkyrc to the right size and position.
Have fun
